Your rental arrives 7 days before your event — giving you plenty of time to try it on. If something’s off, just let us know within 48 hours and we’ll express ship you a different size at no extra cost.
Tailor Support, On Us
Need a small tweak? We’ve got you covered. We’ll reimburse you up to €15 for minor tailoring at your local tailor — as long as the changes are reversible, you’re good to go.

Try on everything as soon as you receive your order to see how everything fits.
If something doesn't fit just right, you can either bring your items to a local tailor or request a replacement within 48 of receiving your order to avoid rush shipping fees. After trying it on, keep everything on the hangers to allow any wrinkles to fall out.
If you need to adjust the length of the pants or jacket sleeves of your rental, you're welcome to visit a local tailor or dry cleaner to have the garments adjusted to your desired length. We can reimburse you up to 15 EUR per item—just send us an email and a photo of the receipt to the reimbursement form here within 30 days of your event date.
IMPORTANT: Please instruct the tailor to only re-hem the length of the jacket sleeves or pants. Do NOT cut or remove any fabric. The body of the jacket, pants, vest, and shirt cannot be custom-altered or tailored in any way. Permanent alterations, such as cutting fabric, will cause the garment to be unusable and could result in a damage fee.
No, we provide customers with replacement items for free when requested within 48 hours of receiving the order. Contact us via email as soon as you have tried your items and we will find the best solution. If you request a replacement after 48 hours, you may be charged shipping fees to ensure your items get to you in time.
Since this type of order is time-sensitive, please check your shipping information to ensure it is the correct address as we won’t be able to update the address after it ships.We will do our best to nail the fit the first time, but we will not be able to honor our fit guarantee as we will not be able to send a replacement order in time for your event.
