Try on everything as soon as you receive your order to see how everything fits. If something doesn't fit just right, you can either bring your items to a local tailor or request a replacement within 48 of receiving your order to avoid rush shipping fees. After trying it on, keep everything on the hangers to allow any wrinkles to fall out.

Nope, we take care of that for you! Our tuxedos are made from 100% wool that is less prone to wrinkles. However, since our items are shipped in a box, there could be minor wrinkles when you take them out. To get rid of them, simply hang up your items until you are ready to wear them. The wrinkles should fall out naturally. A steamer can also do the trick.

No, you can rent individual items (e.g. a shirt, tuxedo, shoes or bridal accessories). Please note that we do not rent separate pieces of the tuxedo (e.g. only a jacket or only pants). You will need to rent these items together.

We understand things happen. Our dry cleaners and tailors can fix small stains and minor damages. If the damage done to the item prevents the item from being rented again, you could be charged a Damage Item Fee. Regardless of the damage, please return all items. More details can be found on our Terms of Service Page.

On the last day of your rental period, make sure you place all the items in the shipping packaging and secure it well. Use the pre-paid label and drop it off at the nearest location for you. If your rental ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday please send the box back on the next working day. No late fee will be charged in that case. If you need to adjust the length of the pants or jacket sleeves of your tuxedo, you're welcome to visit a local tailor or dry cleaner to have the garments adjusted to your desired length. We can reimburse you up to 15EUR per item—just send us an email and a photo of the receipt to the reimbursement form here within 30 days of your event date.

IMPORTANT: Please instruct the tailor to only re-hem the length of the jacket sleeves or pants. Do NOT cut or remove any fabric. The body of the jacket, pants, vest, and shirt cannot be custom-altered or tailored in any way. Permanent alterations, such as cutting fabric, will cause the garment to be unusable and could result in a damage fee.

No, we provide customers with replacement items for free when requested within 48 hours of receiving the order. Contact us via email as soon as you have tried your items and we will find the best solution. If you request a replacement after 48 hours, you may be charged shipping fees to ensure your items get to you in time.

We ship most of our orders via courier. For bridal accessories your order will arrive on the first day of your rental and the tuxedos are shipped to arrive 7 days before your event date to allow you time to test the fit.

Tracking information will be emailed to you by the courier. You will receive updates from them along the way.

We ship your orders in a high-quality corrugated box. Our tuxedos are folded once on the hangers inside garment bags. If you rented a tuxedo, we recommend hanging up your tux immediately after delivery to allow any wrinkles to fall out naturally. For stubborn wrinkles, a light steaming may be necessary.

Since this type of order is time-sensitive, please check your shipping information to ensure it is the correct address as we won’t be able to update the address after it ships.We will do our best to nail the fit the first time, but we will not be able to honor our fit guarantee as we will not be able to send a replacement order in time for your event.

We know you have other things to worry about after your event. That is why we made returns super easy! On the last day of your rental pack everything in the original delivery box. Make sure to return everything in your box, including hangers, garment bags, and any replacements. If you no longer have the box, any box will do to send the rental back. Use the pre-paid return label and drop it off to the nearest location.

Last minute change of plan? You can send us an email to support@rentoccasional.com if you need your rental to be extended and we can find a solution for you. Extra fee will be applicable.

Brands, colors, special markings, sizes, anything, and everything is helpful. Items are kept for 30days and if not recalled, they will be donated or destroyed.

We got your back! We ship the order out to arrive at your doorstep at least 5 days prior to your event. Once received, you can try on everything and let us know right away if anything doesn’t fit correctly. Our team will assist you in getting a be able to send out a size replacement for you. Traditionally, tuxedo pants do not have belt loops, so we have added waist adjusters to our tuxedo pants that can tighten the waist by about 4cm. Our tuxedo pants also include buttons on the inner waistline for button-in suspenders. We have also designed a vent on the back of the pants allowing you to move freely and enjoy a good meal.

We aim to  accommodate most people from 170cm to 200cm  in height. We carry regular, short and long sizes. If you ever doubt which size you need, please reach out to our AI assistant.

We wanted to design the perfect fit. When trying our Tuxedo aim for a centimeter of shirt cuff showing below your jacket sleeve. The perfect pant length will only touch the tops of your shoes. The body of the jacket should end mid-rear and sleeves should end at your upper wrist. Two fingers should fit between your neck and the buttoned collar, and the sleeve should end at your wrist. Now, you are ready for your special event.
