We'll ship your chosen accessory to you making sure it arrives on the first day of your rental period. On your special day, adorn yourself with confidence, knowing you look and feel your absolute best.
Return with ease
On the last day of your rental, repackage the accessory in the original protective packaging and send it back using the pre-paid label. Remember to keep your courier receipt until we confirm safe arrival.

Frequently Asked Questions
We ship most of our orders via courier. For bridal accessories your order will arrive on the first day of your rental and the tuxedos are shipped to arrive 7 days before your event date to allow you time to test the fit.
On the last day of your rental period, make sure you place all the items in the shipping packaging and secure it well. Use the pre-paid label and drop it off at the nearest location for you. If your rental ends on a Sunday or Public Holiday please send the box back on the next working day. No late fee will be charged in that case. We understand things happen. Our dry cleaners and tailors can fix small stains and minor damages. If the damage done to the item prevents the item from being rented again, you could be charged a Damage Item Fee. Regardless of the damage, please return all items. More details can be found on our Terms of service page.
